Now & Then is a piano and saxophone duo performing contemporary and standard jazz stylings, featuring Tim Smith and Steve Meisinger.

Tim is an accomplished keyboard player who enjoys arranging and playing music that satisfies his desire to perform in a distinct and unique way.  While he is very comfortable playing music that may be recognizable, he likes to apply his own "signature" to his musical choices.  Now & Then has become the ultimate way to do just that.

Steve took his passion for music and received a degree in saxophone performance. He performed extensively in the Omaha and Kansas City areas in his younger days and after retiring from Corporate America he resumed his performance career in the Chicago region before moving to Chapel Hill in 2020.  Together, Steve and Tim unite their collective music experience to create their own unique jazz stylings.
